We have an extensive line of viennoiserie products. All of our  pastries are made with Foricher organic flour from France, and laminated with Edinburgh butter company cultured butter.

Croissants

A 3 day process from initial mixing of the dough to the finished product. These croissants are best consumed same day, but can be reheated within 2 days. Store in a dry, cool place. Contains gluten, eggs, dairy.

Crookie

Our croissant is dipped in a vanilla syrup, then filled with a Neary nogs chocolate hazelnut frangipani and our sourdough, brown butter chocolate chip cookie dough. An indulgent treat for the weekend…or any day that you feel like! Store in a dry, cool place. Contains gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts.

Pain au Chocolat

The traditional French pastry, but with a Northern Irish twist. Our chocolate batons from County Down’s Neary Nogs Chocolate makers, which we believe makes our Pain au Chocolat so special. Honey Feta Swirl

Almond Croissant

Apple Crumble Danish

What originated as one of our products created to eliminate waste has become a firm favourite. Croissant trimmings loaded into a muffin tray, and then filled with crème patissiere, apple compote and a crumble topping. Best consumed same day, but can be reheated within 2 days. Peanut Butter, White Chocolate Croissant

Honey Roast Ham and Cheese Croissants

Our croissants, brushed with a honey syrup, and filled with honey roast ham- locally sourced ham from Wilkinson’s butchers, Tandragee, and roasted in house. Add in a Gruyère bechamel and bake to perfection. Best consumed same day, but can be reheated within 2 days. Store in the fridge. Contains gluten, eggs, dairy.
