Our sausage rolls are made with sausage meat from Wilkinson's butchers in Tandragee. We use an enriched puff pastry to give an extra flake and add inclusions to change the flavours throughout the year. Keep refrigerated and reheat in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius. Best used within 3 days. Allergens: dairy, gluten, eggs.
Chocolate brownies using the finest 70% dark chocolate from Neary Nogs chocolate manufacturers. Rich without being overly sweet, we let the quality of the chocolate shine. Store refrigerated for up to one week, and let it come to room temperature (or even better, gently heat) before serving. Allergens: dairy, gluten, eggs.
A combination of brown butter, sourdough levain and Nearynogs chocolate is a combination that we will forever stand by when it comes to our cookies! Finished with a sprinkle of seas salt and best enjoyed with a giant glass of milk! Best stored at room temperature for up to 3 days. Allergens: dairy, gluten, eggs.
Our cinnamon rolls were the first bread product that we launched at Arcade. An enriched dough, using Molina Dellagiovanni panettone flour, eggs, oil and osmotolerant yeast, covered in a cinnamon butter mix, containing Edinburgh Butter Company Cultured butter, a mix of dark and light brown sugars, Blackthorn salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Left to prove, baked and topped with an orange, cream cheese frosting. Best eaten same day, but delicious reheated the next morning. Store in a dry, cool place. Contains gluten, eggs, dairy, citrus.
